You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your REViZ online purchase<\/span>
– Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item<\/span>
– Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer<\/span>
– Your request for an exchange will be processed within 14days of receiving the garment<\/span>
– Exchange code will be given for your request<\/span>
– Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place<\/span>
– Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your exchange code will be activated for online purchase<\/span>
– The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

REViZ aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse<\/span>
– Refunds can only be made to the card used for the original order<\/span>
– You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed<\/span>
